The Mercedes Legacy Fund was created as a way to honor the life of Mercedes, one of our rescues who passed before she was able to find her forever home. Mercedes's life was too short and she deserved so much more than what this life gave her. 
 
"Any memory of Mercedes should be a happy one. She was a sweet and beautiful pup whose legacy should be to continue to spread that happiness to as many as possible.
 
Mercedes story ended much too soon, she was a sweet and wonderful pup who had so much happiness left to give to the world. I wish to continue her legacy and happy memory with a fund to help the pups that deserve that Mercedes level of happiness too."
